We are looking for projects that have added value for the public and are lively.

There should be no closed spaces that are only used as a car park.

We are planning

• Open workshop

• Restaurant / pub / café

• Social living space

• Space for clubs / circus / exercise / community garden.

• Event space; concerts, dance and theatre, workshops, readings.

All of this without consumerism and not governed by money.

We dream of defined wage labour. Of equal pay for all.

Of a flat hierarchy.

We want networking in the city. Broad utilisation and diversity.

We dream of an area that is teeming and bustling. Where change happens and is shaped and revitalised. Just as it actually happened for a short time in June 2023.
