QueerBienne is the LGBTQIA+ association for the region of Bienne, Seeland and the surrounding areas. It is committed to ensuring that Bienne is safer and more inclusive for LGBTQIA+ people (people who define themselves outside the cisgender heterosexual norms and not according to the gender binary). QueerBienne is committed to a society free from discrimination and violence.
In order to achieve this, we put ourselves in a network through various events such as lunch meetings, round tables and film screenings, and we organise awareness-raising campaigns such as the “Pour une santé queer” campaign launched in October 2023 and we provide training on LGBTQIA+ issues aimed at public and private institutions.
