Queerbienne

QueerBienne is the LGBTQIA+ association for the region of Bienne, the Seeland and the surrounding area. It is committed to making Biel safer and more inclusive for LGBTQIA+ people, who define themselves outside heterosexual and cisgender norms and gender binarity. QueerBienne campaigns for a society free from discrimination and violence.

To achieve this, we create networks through various events such as monthly meetings, roundtables and screenings; we run awareness-raising campaigns, such as the ‘For queer health’ campaign launched in October 2023; and we provide training on LGBTQIA+ issues for public and private institutions.
